WHAT:    The Arizona Diamondbacks have designated a day for Little Leaguers to attend a game in their uniform and parade on the field prior to the game.  This is a very fun day for the team, family and friends. 

WHEN:    TBA   Little Leaguers and their coaches will need to arrive at the field approximately an hour and a half prior to game time (details to follow) to line up and parade on the field just prior to game beginning.

WHERE:    Chase Field.  Seats are available in two different price levels.  Lower level baseline reserve ($25) or upper level infield reserve ($10).  Seats will be distributed with teams sitting together.  Check with your team to see which level your team is interesting in purchasing.

HOW MUCH:  Special pricing has been made available by the Diamondbacks for this game for our league. 
            Lower Level Baseline Reserve seats - $25 (regularly $30)
            Upper Level Infield Reserve seats - $10 (regularly $15)

WHAT TO DO:  Return this form to your team mom/manager BEFORE April 25th with the number of tickets you would like to purchase.  Seats will be given with the team you turn your request into.  For those parents with multiple players, turn money into whichever team you want to sit with.  All monies are due from team mom/manager ON April 25th.

Lower level baseline reserve - $25 (regularly $30)

Upper level infield reserve - $10 (regularly $15)

Teams will be placed together with original orders received by deadline of April 25th
