Each manager should report their score  in form below to Jeff McQueen as soon as your game is over, preferably the night after the game.

2010 Interleague Agreeements:

Pitch Count Data Sheet (click to downloand) - each manager responsible for having accurate and current pitch count data sheet.  These should be completed at the conclusion of each game and be available for opposing manager, umpires, or league officials to review.

Pitching Log (click to download) - this form is to be kept during each game by the home team tracking number of pitches for each pitcher.
